Delivery, & Shipping Policies

We are happy to offer free shipping to customers based in the United States. Our US free shipping policy removes the fuss, stress and strain from ordering our high-end interior design accents. What’s more is that we aim to get your items out to your address as quickly as we possibly can after checking they meet our exacting standards.

The time frame for order delivery is split into two parts.

Processing time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Your order will be sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours of placement. The order is then processed by the manufacturer. This takes a further 2-4 days.

Shipping time

This is the time it takes for your items to reach your destination from our warehouse. 

US stock items are marked as Fast Delivery (4-9) on the product pages, we take some handling time also which is 1-3 business days. On rare occasions, they can take longer.

Most international orders take between 7-20 business days to arrive at your address. However, they can occasionally take longer.

Shipping issues and refunds
