Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy means you have up to 7 days to request a return once you have received a return. To be covered by our 7-day return policy, you must send the item back to us in the same condition as it was when you received it. The product must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
If you do want to return an item, the first step to take is to send an email to [email protected]. If we find that you may be eligible for a return, we will send a return shipping label out to you with instructions on where to send your package and which shipping method to use. We cannot accept items sent back to us if a return has not been requested beforehand.

Damages and other issues
We ask you to inspect your order for damage or any other issues as soon as you receive it. If you do find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at your earliest opportunity so we can put things right as soon as possible.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item as soon as you can. Once we have accepted the return, you can make a new separate purchase for the item you do require.
Credits and Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the item you have returned, we will contact you to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approval is given, we will automatically send a refund via the original payment method. For instance, if you made your purchase via a credit card, we will add the funds back to this card. Please allow sufficient time for your bank or credit card company to process your order and return the funds to you.
If you still haven’t received your order after 60 days of placing it, we can offer a full refund. Please make sure you track your package and contact us via [email protected] if you do have any questions.
